Introduction

Omnisafe, a prominent German insurance company, sought to enhance its operational efficiency through the implementation of a robust CRM tool. As the appointed Product Designer and leader in the UX/UI design department, my role was pivotal in conceptualizing and delivering a solution that not only met the immediate needs of Omnisafe but also positioned the company for future growth and market expansion.

Challenges

Complex Operational Requirements: Omnisafe's operational processes were intricate and multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of the insurance industry's nuances.

Tight Timeframe: With a stringent timeline of 9 months, there was immense pressure to design and develop a stable CRM tool while ensuring its scalability and readiness for future iterations.

Stakeholder Alignment: Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and developers were essential to align project goals and expectations.

Approach

Comprehensive Research: I conducted extensive research to gain insights into Omnisafe's operational workflows, user needs, and industry standards. This involved analyzing existing systems, conducting user interviews, and collaborating with internal teams.
