The project
IDA process applications from over 165 countries worldwide. Applying online, customer is asked to answer questions and upload a valid copy of the front and back of your driver’s license. You will also be prompted to upload a digital passport picture. The digital version will be sent to you within 24 hours of approval. The Passport version will be dispatched within two working days after approval.
The challenge
The main challenge we faced was lowering current drop off percentage on checkout page. In order do this, I came up with a plan of action which involved some testing and A/B testing because it's hard to measure changes in conversion rates without analyzing both versions side by-side
The solution
The result was less drop off on final steps of the checkout process by 40% by lowering congitive load, A/B testing, understanding users etc.
